Currently, we offer the following payment options:
Cash in Advance (Prepayment)
You can pay a predetermined percentage of the total order value upfront (typically around 50%).
This method is primarily used for bulk orders or deliveries outside Yangon Region. For highway bus terminal deliveries, the remaining balance must be settled upon inspecting the goods at the terminal.
In all cases, the final balance is payable once the recipient inspects and receives the goods.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
This is the standard method for deliveries within Yangon Region.
The recipient inspects the delivered items and pays the full balance upon delivery.
Mobile Wallets
Integration for mobile payment options (KPay, AYA Pay, A+ Wallet, CB Pay, MPU, etc.) is currently in progress and will be available soon.
Bank Transfer
Transactions are handled in accordance with standard market procedures.
You can pay in advance via bank transfer or transfer the payment upon delivery within Yangon Region.
လက်ရှိအခြေအနေမှာ ငွေပေးချေမှုပုံစံက ၃ မျိုးရှိပါတယ်။

1.Cash-in-advanced ကြိုတင် ငွေပေးချေမှုပုံစံ
(a) စုစုပေါင်းတန်ဖိုးရဲ့ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းတခု (၅၀% ဝန်းကျင်) သတ်မှတ်ပြီး ကြိုတင် ပေးချေထားလို့ရပါတယ်။
(b) ပစ္စည်းပမာဏများပြားတာတွေ၊ ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းအတွင်းမှ မဟုတ်တာတွေအတွက် အသုံးများပါတယ်။ ကားဂိတ် ပို့ပေးတဲ့ ပစ္စည်းတွေကိုတော့ ကားဂိတ်မှာ ပစ္စည်းစစ်ပြီး ငွေအကြေ ချေရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
(c) မည်သို့ဆိုစေ ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံရရှိသူဆီ ရောက်ရှိစစ်ဆေးပြီးတဲ့အခါမှာတော့ ငွေအကြေပေးချေရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Cash-on-delivery
(a) ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းအတွင်း အသုံးများတဲ့ နည်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
(b) ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံသူက ရောက်ရှိပစ္စည်းကို စစ်ဆေးပြီးတဲ့အခါမှာ ငွေအကြေပေးချေ သွားရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

3.KPay, APay, A+Pay, CBPay, MPU စတဲ့ Mobile Wallet များဖြင့် မကြာခင် ပေးချေလို့ရအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါတယ်။
4.Bank Transfer
(a) လက်ရှိအရောင်းအဝယ်ဈေးကွက် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများနဲ့ အညီသာ ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
(b) ကြိုတင်လွှဲပြီးဝယ်ယူနိုင်သလို ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းအတွင်း ပစ္စည်းအရောက် ငွေလွှဲပြီးလည်း ဝယ်ယူနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Upon delivery, customers must inspect the goods to confirm the model, quality, quantity, and overall condition before accepting them. Once items have been inspected and accepted, exchanges cannot be accepted.

When delivery arrives, please inspect your items to verify the specifications, quality, and condition before taking delivery. Returns or refunds cannot be accepted once items have been inspected and received.

While exceptions can occur once per account, refusing an order or withholding payment without valid cause when the items arrive accurately and without defect will result in the account being blacklisted. Blacklist notices are made public, meaning blacklisted account names or phone numbers may be publicly visible.
SBGG Account တခုကို တကြိမ်တခါတော့ လုပ်လို့ရပါတယ်။ ဝယ်ပြီး ပစ္စည်းကို လာရောက်ပို့ဆောင်ချိန်မှာ အမှားအယွင်းတစုံတရာမရှိဘဲ အကြောင်းမဲ့သက်သက် မယူ၊ ငွေမချေရင်တော့ အဆိုပါ account ကို Black List သတ်မှတ် ကြေညာသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုသတ်မှတ်ကြေညာတာဟာ public ဖြစ်တာကြောင့် black list သတ်မှတ်ခံရတဲ့ account ဒါမှမဟုတ် phone number ဟာ လူတိုင်းက တွေ့မြင်မှတ်သားလို့ ရနိုင်မှာပါ။

If you encounter damaged goods, quality discrepancies, or missing quantities upon inspection at delivery, we will replace, rectify, or fulfill the affected items accordingly.
